How and why so many can&#039;t get with the idea that troll-happy message boards are not online community is a mystery to me.  Then again, from what I understand from folks I know in the biz, hiring a savvy moderator often isn&#039;t a line item in already stretched budgets (when that&#039;s exactly what&#039;s needed.)</description>
