About Journalistopia

Journalistopia is an online journalism blog dedicated to encouraging discussion and spreading new ideas for journalists of every ilk: reporters, Web producers, editors, videographers, photographers,  managers, hobbyists, teachers, students and more.

Danny SanchezDanny Sanchez, your humble host, is senior producer at Orlando Sentinel.com*, where he creates interactive projects and graphics, oversees neighborhood pages and blogs, works on the site’s data strategy and does plenty of other nerdy stuff.

He has previously been one of those pesky interns at the St. Petersburg Times, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Miami Herald and National Public Radio affiliate WUFT Classic 89.1. He also makes a mean flan.

Danny can be reached at dansanufATyahoo.com. A site with more of his work is at www.dannysanchez.net

*And hey, before you get any ideas, this blog is not affiliated with nor represents the views of the Orlando Sentinel, its parent company, nor any other of the esteemed publications listed herein.
